WHAT WE'LL COVER IN WEEKS 1-2

STEP 1: REGULATE

In weeks 1-2, you will learn how your nervous system works and what nervous system state serves as your baseline.

You will understand the science behind how the nervous system works, based on Polyvagal Theory by Dr. Stephen Porges, and get a deeper dive into the 3 survival states (sympathetic, freeze, shutdown), and why you get stuck in them.

You'll then learn how to calm your body using nervous system tools grounded in Polyvagal Theory and Traditional Chinese Medicine (Qigong, EFT, acupressure).

In this stage, you'll discover how to pick the right tool for your state so your nervous system can actually feel safe, no matter where you are or what you're doing.

STEP 2: FEEL

In weeks 3-4, after you've learned how to make your body feel safe, you will learn more about how to build emotional capacity. 

In order for you to build emotional resilience, you'll need to learn how to to fully feel your emotions without being hijacked or overwhelmed by them.

Your emotions are your biggest teachers, and once you are not afraid of feeling them, you will learn the root cause of why they were there to begin with and how they can actually point you to personal growth.

In the face of adversity, you’ll stop reacting, numbing, distracting yourself, overthinking, and instead intentionally respond with grounded awareness and clarity.

STEP 3: HEAL

Weeks 5-6 is where the real growth and healing will begin to happen. Now that you’re regulated and emotionally aware, it’s time to rewire old subconscious patterns.

You’ll uncover what’s been keeping you stuck in cycles of stress, self-criticism, or burnout.

You’ll learn to choose new patterns, beliefs, and habits that are in alignment with your values and your most authentic self.

Why I Created This Program... And Why It's Different

As a Psychiatric Nurse for 8 years, I witnessed what it was like for people to live constantly in dysregulation, and allow their emotions to take over. After seeing people grow dependent solely on medications to get better, that was when I knew I had to leave.

I left the hospital in 2020 on a mission to equip people with the tools they need to have more agency in their lives and resilience, no matter what circumstances they were in. I wanted to help people learn how to get to the root cause of their anxiety, depression, and more so they can truly heal.

After years of searching, working with mental health patients and clients, and navigating my own experiences with burnout, depression, anxiety, grief, and much more, I now have a clear picture on what works and what doesn't. It is now my mission to share these tools with as many people as I can to help create a more joyful, present, and loving world.
