ABOUT ME
Charmaine Horn, BSN, RN, EFTMP-C, is a Registered Nurse, Certified 200-Hour Qigong Instructor, and Nervous System Coach. After eight years in psychiatric nursing, she saw that medications rarely brought lasting relief.
In 2020, she left her nursing job to explore holistic approaches to emotional and mental health.
Following her own emotional hardships in 2022, she turned to Qigong as a key part of her healing. Now, Charmaine helps others overcome anxiety and depression through nervous system regulation and the ancient wisdom of Qigong.
