I'LL BE YOUR QIGONG TEACHER AND GUIDE.


As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse for 8 years at one of the leading hospitals in the U.S., I realized that the medications I gave my patients for depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety didn’t always seem to help… Sometimes, they caused more harm than good. I knew there had to be a better way to help them.

After leaving my nursing job and trying several different healing modalities, I finally found Qigong. Doing Qigong daily has helped me find inner calm and happiness during all the moments where I felt like the world was being carried on my shoulders.

Everyday I feel lighter, happier, and more energized when I do Qigong. And it is my mission to help you feel the same!
